UNITED YOUTH REVIVAL

Img 1Derrick a young man who leads the Youth Group of ‘Kingdom Seekers International' was enthused with a passion for youth revival. while in prayer he and a few youth were burdened to pray for Mumbai, India.

The Word of the Lord and the urge of the Holy Spirit came strongly to him to gather the youth of God in unity, that they should humble themselves, pray, seek, and repent of their sinful ways. God was calling them to seek first his Kingdom and live righteous lives, then God would send revival amidst them.

With the support of pastors the United Youth Revival Conference launched off early this year of 2007.

This ministry exists to share the love of Jesus with the world as we reach out to get others connected with Him, to honour serve and encourtage each other as we grow.  This ministry would be holding meetings once in three months.

A time of waiting on the Lord for his Word was observed after the praise and worship.

There was a time of time of intercession where strongholds over the lives of youth were broken. The intercession was lead by several pastors who decreed a blessing and hunger for Jesus in the lives of the youth of Mumbai. Prayers of intercession for a rekindling of the hearts of backsliders and the lost were offered.  A return to the first love that is in Christ Jesus, zeal for the house of God and a passion for lost souls were revived as the whole place resonated with the prayers of the youth standing on God's Word. The meeting ended with wonderful testimonies of how God meets people at their point of need, which was a source of encouragement to all of us present. Amen
